Outdoor Group

Our Outdoor Group is designed to support children slow down, tune into their senses, regulate emotions and build body awareness through nature-based play.

The group focuses on calming sensory based activities that nurture the nervous system for improved regulation self-awareness and functional participation. Children engage in grounding experiences like nature walks, mindful movement, and sensory-rich exploration, to encourage grounding, connection, calm, and resilience.

Group focus:

Includes improving mental health, managing anxiety or depression, building social skills, enhancing self-awareness, processing trauma and managing self-regulation
