Judo is available in small group training sessions (10-12 participants) for ages 6 and up.

Judo “The Gentle Way” is a Japanese martial art and Olympic sport that focuses on throws, pins, and submission techniques, emphasizing skill, balance, and leverage. Judo was designed for self-defense and as a way to develop physical fitness, discipline, and mutual respect.
