What happens during a pediatric Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy evaluation at Kids at Play Therapy?
Your evaluating therapist will obtain information regarding your child’s medical history and developmental milestones (rolling, sitting, walking etc.). The first appointment with a therapist typically involves an assessment and review of the health history and any presenting conditions You will be asked questions about your child responses to sensory information, activities they participate in and prefer or avoid, behavior at school and in the community and participation in feeding.
