Therapy Rooms
- Therapy rooms are reserved exclusively for scheduled sessions.
- Children must remain in the lobby with their parent(s) until greeted by their therapist.
Lobby Etiquette
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please help us maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere by using quiet voices.
- For safety and respect of all families, children should refrain from running, climbing on furniture, or pulling on blinds.
- We encourage quiet activities such as reading, coloring, or playing with toys while waiting.
- If the lobby feels crowded or your child needs a break, feel free to wait in your vehicle, enjoy a walk along the nearby river trail, or visit a local park until your appointment time.
Privacy & Electronics
- Photography and video recording are not permitted inside the clinic.
- Please take phone calls outside the lobby and therapy areas.
- Personal devices should be used with headphones and kept at a volume that does not distract others.
Supervision
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children under age 5 must be accompanied to the restroom.
- Seating in therapy rooms is reserved for parents of children currently in session.
- Parents/guardians are expected to remain on-site during their child’s session.
Session Transitions
- Transitions occur during the final 10 minutes of each session.
- Children will be returned to the care of their parent/guardian at that time.
Food & Drink
- To maintain cleanliness and safety, food is not permitted in the clinic or waiting areas.
- Feeding therapy sessions will be managed by therapists in designated treatment spaces.
- Beverages must be in spill-proof containers.
